in my opinon we should recrute baced on attitude more than skill cause skill will increase over time. i was pritty bad when i joined but now im much better.

Attitude is ok but i think we should look for better players. The more skilled of players we get then down the line the better people will start looking to us more.
But i don't think this is even an issue now. We just need to find alot of decent players and get them to join. I think we should just work on at least doubling the clan size. Then our server hits will jump and kill two birds with one stone. I say if you play someone in the next few weeks and they have a good attitude and score around you then we should ask them to post and then they are in, but they have to post. No screen shots. No screening or waiting for ok. Us playing them should be enough. We need more people.

i think we should find average players... i agree with walshy some people just werent meant to play cod also just incase you didnt notice there is a cap on peoples talent. partly because people cant all have the best computers lol so ya id say go with some skill and a sense of humour.
